Mike started playing guitar at the age of 13 when his cousin taught him the chords to House of the Rising Sun. From then on it has been a continuous musical journey. Yes, he is old enough to have seen the Beatle's live on Ed Sullivan and did not miss any of the subsequent performances. He has been a member of the Louisville music scene for many years and has played with many of the established bands such as Caribou, The Tymes Band, Wayne Young, and was an original founding member of The Chase for over 15 years. He is well known to be a very versatile musician that can play almost any style and he also has the vocals to go along with his versatility.

Mike has been blessed with a vocal range from the deep Johnny Cash up to the Steve Perry Journey style vocals. After all this time he has finally come back to his first love-- THE BEATLES. He along with fellow Rigbys create a unique celebration of the timeless music of the lads from Liverpool. He is an avid music trivia buff and chocolate connoisseur (that means he likes chocolate a lot). He plays and sings all the Paul parts with great attention to the spirit of the original recording.
